Why We Still Do This in Person
Almost every design studio now works entirely by email and video call. It is cheaper for them and it is why so much design work misses. You cannot see the light in a consulting room, the state of the signage, the way patients queue at reception or the colour of the studio wall over a video call.
Keeden Marketing is run by Fallon Luksich from the Edenvale and Bedfordview area, and the first meeting happens at your premises. It is free, it takes about an hour, and it is where most of the useful decisions get made.
Areas We Cover
In-person consultations are included at no charge across Edenvale, Bedfordview, Linksfield, Greenstone, Modderfontein, Linbro Park, Kempton Park, Germiston, Sandton, Morningside, Sunninghill and Bryanston, and the surrounding Johannesburg East and Sandton suburbs.
We are deliberately a local studio serving a defined area rather than a national agency taking work from anywhere. If your business sits outside this area we are glad to work with you remotely — we will simply be honest that you are not getting the part of our service that makes the most difference.
How the First Consultation Works
It runs about an hour at your premises. We look at what you have — website, logo, signage, forms, print — and talk through what is working, what is not and what you are actually trying to achieve this year. You get an honest assessment on the spot, including the parts where we tell you not to spend money. A written quote follows within a few days.
What to Have Ready
Nothing formal. If you can lay hands on your existing logo files, any print you currently use and your website login, that helps. More useful than any of it is knowing where your enquiries come from at the moment and which ones you wish you had more of.
Working With a Local Studio
Being twenty minutes away changes the working relationship. Approvals happen in a conversation instead of a fourteen-email thread. Print gets checked in person before it goes to press. Training your front desk to update the website happens standing at the front desk. And when something breaks, you are phoning someone in your own city.

Most projects start with practice branding or a website redesign; the prices are published.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, including travel within our Johannesburg service area. You get an honest assessment and a written quote, with no obligation.
How long does it take?
About an hour. Longer if you want to work through a bigger project, but an hour is usually enough to know whether we are a fit.
Do you travel outside Johannesburg East and Sandton?
Our free in-person area covers Johannesburg East and the Sandton corridor. Further afield we work remotely, or we can quote travel separately for a larger project.
Can we meet somewhere other than our premises?
Of course. Some practices would rather not have a design meeting in the waiting area, and we are happy to meet somewhere nearby instead.
Who will we actually be meeting?
Fallon Luksich, who runs Keeden Marketing and will be the person handling your project. You are not being handed to an account manager afterwards.
